1.NON-REFUNDABLE WALLET TOP-UPS

All wallet funds loaded by Users onto the NEXORA X platform are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, regardless of whether the verification services have been utilized.

NEXORA X is operated under N1 NEXORA E-PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, and our practices are fully aligned with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, and its associated rules.

Once funds are credited to a User’s wallet, they cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or transferred to another account. This ensures consistent service delivery and pricing integrity.

Wallet top-ups automatically activate the corresponding service plan based on the amount loaded. Users are responsible for understanding the costs and terms associated with their selected plan prior to payment.

By proceeding with a wallet top-up, Users acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of these funds.

2.REFUNDS FOR PAYMENT GATEWAY ISSUES

NEXORA X strives to ensure seamless processing of payments; however, delays or failures may occur due to payment gateway issues beyond our control.

In such cases, resolution is governed by the payment gateway’s policies, which typically require 6–7 business days for issue handling.

Users experiencing failed or delayed payments should promptly contact our support team at support@nexorax.com for assistance.

NEXORA X itself does not directly issue refunds for payment gateway errors; these are managed by the payment gateway provider according to their procedures.

3.NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES

Wallet funds remain non-refundable even if Users do not utilize the document verification services after loading the wallet.

Upon loading funds, Users gain immediate access to services under their chosen plan, marking the fulfillment of the purchase agreement.

Wallet funds are valid for one (1) year from the date of loading. Unused funds after expiry will be forfeited without refund.

4.No Refunds for Service Interruptions

No refunds will be issued for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party downtime, technical issues, or data processing errors.

Accounts terminated due to policy violations, misuse, or abusive behaviour will forfeit any remaining funds without refund.

Temporary suspensions or investigations do not alter the non-refundable status of wallet funds.
