TERMS AND CONDITIONS — NEXORA X
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between N1 NEXORA E-PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the User (“you” or “User”), who registers and uses the NEXORA X platform for document verification purposes. By accessing or using NEXORA X, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform or services.
ABOUT NEXORA X
NEXORA X is a platform developed under N1 NEXORA E-PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED to provide document verification and identity validation services through APIs. The services include verification of PAN, Aadhaar, and other official documents for compliance, onboarding, and risk management purposes.
By registering or using our services, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to the terms in this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service Level Agreement available on our website.
DEFINITIONS
- USER / API SUBSCRIBER: An individual or entity that has registered with NEXORA X and uses the platform’s services for document verification.
- CUSTOMER: The individual whose documents are being verified by the User via NEXORA X.
- TRANSACTION / REQUEST: Each individual API request submitted for verification, regardless of its result.
- SERVICES: All document and identity verification services offered via NEXORA X APIs.
- WALLET LOAD AMOUNT: The prepaid amount deposited by the User into the NEXORA X wallet to access services.
- PLAN: The tier or pricing model applicable based on the Wallet Load Amount.
- SUCCESSFUL RESPONSE: An API response with a status code such as 200 or 422, indicating the API has successfully processed the request.
- SOURCE DOWNTIME: The unavailability of third-party systems used to retrieve or validate data.
- CUSTOM PLAN: A unique service arrangement tailored to a specific User, acknowledged electronically.
USE OF SERVICE
- Users must complete registration and onboarding, including OTP verification, to gain access to NEXORA X services.
- Accounts are protected by username and password. The User is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and is liable for any activity under the account.
- After three failed login attempts, accounts will be blocked. Users can contact support to regain access.
- The "Forgot Password" feature is limited to once per 24 hours.
- Public KYC verification functionality is only to activate document verification services.

Users are prohibited from:
- Sharing logins, bank credentials, or any secure access data with unauthorized individuals.
- Using the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
- Attempting unauthorized access or disrupting platform operations.
PLAN MODIFICATIONS
- UPGRADE: When a User loads additional funds that qualify for a higher plan, the upgraded plan applies immediately.
- DOWNGRADE: If a User loads less, the system adjusts to the lower plan automatically.
CUSTOM PLANS Users requiring high volumes or tailored services can request a Custom Plan. These will be acknowledged before activation.
WALLET FUND VALIDITY Funds loaded into the NEXORA X wallet are valid for one year. Expired funds cannot be refunded or extended.
NON-REFUNDABLE FUNDS Wallet funds are non-refundable. Users are advised to check functionality before loading large amounts.
PRICING CHANGES NEXORA X reserves the right to update or revise pricing and will publish the changes publicly on the official platform.
USER ELIGIBILITY — AGE REQUIREMENT
- Services are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- By registering, the User affirms they are 18 years old or older.
- NEXORA X reserves the right to suspend accounts violating this policy.
- Accounts found to be misrepresenting their age will be terminated immediately.
- Parents and guardians must report if they discover unauthorized use of NEXORA X by a minor.
COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Users agree to use NEXORA X services strictly for lawful and compliant purposes.
- Users are fully responsible for the lawful usage of any verification data received.
- NEXORA X disclaims liability for misuse of verified data by the User or their authorized agents.
- The use of automated systems for accessing NEXORA X services without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

CHARGES AND PRICING – NEXORA X
To access and use NEXORA X services, Users are required to preload funds into their NEXORA X wallet. The cost per verification request depends on the plan associated with the wallet load amount. These charges and pricing structures are designed to provide flexibility and transparency based on usage volume.
PRICING PLANS
- The pricing structure is tiered, based on the wallet load amount.
- Each pricing plan specifies the per-request API charge, which varies depending on the document or identity verification type.
- Updated pricing details are available on the NEXORA X platform or upon request.
APPLICABLE CHARGES
- Charges are applied only to successful API responses with status codes “200” or “422,” even if the verification result is negative (e.g., invalid or no record found).
- No charges are applied for failed requests due to source downtime or internal server issues.
PRICING CHANGES
- NEXORA X reserves the right to update or revise its pricing at any time, without prior notice.
- Users are responsible for staying informed by reviewing the latest pricing posted on the official platform
